Providence University uses an innovative combination of in-class instruction with online review tools, to allow students to practice what they have learned on their own.  Students can review older lessons and preview newer lessons on their own, while receiving instant feedback on their progress.  This is especially beneficial to students with tight schedules, who can now schedule their own time to practice their Chinese.

  • University semester information

    4 semesters per year , each semester runs for 3 months as follows:

    1. Fall semester: September - November

    2. Winter semester: December - February

    3. Spring semester: March - May

    4. Summer semester: June - August


    If your intention is  to come to Taiwan some time during a semester it is  possible to accommodate you. Our applications department would be able to help you with this at the time of your enrollment.

  • Providence university Teachers

    Teachers are extremely well educated and prepared for  students from all kinds of different cultural and language backgrounds.
    In addition to their University Teaching degrees at Providence university , Teachers have also taken part in a special course called TCSL

    (Teaching Chinese as a second language).
